A woman was arrested in the House gallery Thursday after interrupting a reading of the Constitution by yelling out her belief that President Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States.
When Frank Rep. Pallone (D-N.J.) read the part of Article II, Section 1 mandating that only a "natural-born citizen" may be president, the woman, seated in the front row of the public gallery, screamed "Except Obama, except Obama. Help us Jesus."

Thinking a little out of the box, but this is setting a standard of ARRESTING anyone disturbing the session of the House, INCLUDING left wing nut jobs like code pink etc.
This could turn out to be a good thing.
I sincerely believe that “someone” has the proof. And I sincerely believe it will come out within the next year now that the people have some sort of protection from O and his thugs coming to get them. Congress has the duty to protect its citizens from that and everything else that the regime has done to its citizens.

When this question first arose a couple of years ago, didn’t Nancy Pelosi say that she had “vetted” Obama and found him qualified? I seem to remember something like that. If that’s the case, wouldn’t Boehner now have access to that file?
Was reading an article written in 1828..the author was complaining a republic is destroyed once mass immigration begins from many countries. He complained of Catholics, French, Irish and others being foreigners.
Wrote Athens, Rome, Venice and Florence were republics and their demise began when these foreigners and their children became citizens.
Or at least in a F.R. Hall of Fame. certainly together with Lt.Col. Lakin!!!

I thought the same. This is good that it happened. I was quite surprised how quickly the "gallery" rules were stated, as if something like this was expected.
All in all, I'm glad the young lady spoke the truth. God Bless her.
I agree with you 100%. I think that they should to be honest as well. It would screw the socialist agenda he has set forth for the past two years and the laws that have yet to be enacted but have been signed.
Also one thing that people have not caught onto is that Obama himself must know of this now and the white house must be frazzled about it. I can’t imagine that he is just blowing it off and unconcerned about it anymore. It is gaining traction.
Your comment needs to be become widely understood ASA Vet. Even Sean Hannity played the clip saying something like “A Birther asked to see Obama’s Birth Certificate.” What I heard was “He isn't a natural born Citizen,” and she is, of course, correct. World Net Daily, and even the defenders of Dr. Lakin, helped the conspiracy of silence by focusing on the birth certificate. Hannity is playing it safe. We can see now that the mafia in Justice would bring incitment charges in a flash if a group of "New Panthers" were to attack a group protesting the usurper - and they would go after any public figure who used his/her position to raise the issue. That is why we must raise the issue, cogently and carefully, and why FR is crawling with Obots.
The Supreme Court, were it still protecting and defending the Constitution, could have extended Vattel’s “...born on the soil of citizen parents” with “or born to citizens serving in our military overseas,” and few would have objected. But being born to a non-citizen, being born a British subject, is the real issue. Senator Clair McCaskill tried to pass a law saying exactly that, SB2678 in Feb 2008. Unfortunately, she didn't propose the principle as an amendment. Her intention was to cover John McCain's ineligibility, which had been explored in 5 Congressional hearings, insuring that McCain would be Obama's opposition, and insuring that no Republican dared question Obama's natural born citizenship qualifications.
Ms. Cao, if she understands the issue, might should have said “A born British subject cannot be our President,” or “A President has two citizen parents.” She appears to have been informed by WND, which has generated web hits by touting the invisible birth certificate. Chester Arthur made his birth certificat invisible too, and for the same reason - to create misdirection so no one would explore the non-citizenship of his British father, a father who was naturalized when Chester was 14 years old.
Free speech is helping inform others. At least the 14th Amendment issue is being addressed, while its promoters are stepping carefully around the fact that the 14th doesn't touch natural born citizenship. In fact its originator, Congressman John Bingham (who was also the JAG judge who prosecuted Lincoln's assassins) said to the House in 1866:
“I find no fault with the introductory clause [S 61 Bill], which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen….”.

Because since the first continental congress wrote the laws they said that to be a natural born citizen you had to be the product of TWO American citizens. Obama stated his father was a Kenyan citizen. Therefore by law he can not be a natural born citizen.
Hell even on his own fight the smears web site he never says he is a natural born citizen, he says he is a native born citizen.
