No one gains the legal right to go on a fishing expedition through anyone else’s to try and justify their having committed a crime. Period.

I know you guys don't acknowledge or accept the pretty clear case of standing in all these frivolous lawsuits. Fine. But can you at least quit latching on to all these other cases where someone gets punished for their own conduct and assuming that can somehow result in “discovery” if they claim to have acted because they don't believe Obama is qualified to be President? That's ridiculous.

I have always figured it would catch up to him. I have been saying for a very long time that he would not stay his full term but rather leave early for some mysterious reason.
The real reason being that he can not afford to run again with this issue being held over his head.

All it will take is one state, just one to demand his birth certificate and challenge him on the ballot and the whole thing comes unraveled.

It would be best if this congress would challenge him though. If they did and he could not produce his documents then all his legislation goes out the window. Every last bit of it. You cant get back the wasted money, but you can undo Obamacare and things like that.
If our congress had the nads they would do this. But I suspect that they fear an uprising and a complete failure of government if it comes to light.

In a presidential eligibility case from the 2008 election, John McCain would have standing, possibly Palin, and any other candidate who was on the enough state ballots to have possibly been elected. I could also make a plausible legal argument that the RNC or DNC had standing. Outside of the above, it is highly doubtful anyone else had standing.
