A woman was arrested in the House gallery Thursday after interrupting a reading of the Constitution by yelling out her belief that President Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States.
When Frank Rep. Pallone (D-N.J.) read the part of Article II, Section 1 mandating that only a "natural-born citizen" may be president, the woman, seated in the front row of the public gallery, screamed "Except Obama, except Obama. Help us Jesus."

If she had instead yelled, "ALLAHU AKBAR!," she'd have had the whole chamber to herself as everyone would have run for their lives.
You are probably correct...on the other hand the woman’s statement is also correct.

It is not.
I doubt it, as she was most likely arrested for disorderly conduct inside the House chamber. That crime cannot be justified simply because what was being shouted is (or may be) the truth. If not, then all anyone would have to do to disrupt the proceedings is simply shout something that is true, and they couldn't be arrested.
That's an obvious loophole that cannot be permitted as a defense. The crime here is simply disrupting the peace; it doesn't matter if the disruptor is "right" or not; it can't matter or else such rules/laws have no waymof being enforced.

No they were condemned for their message and their antics.
In this case, the antics were timed appropriately. And they weren't nearly as inappropriate as Code Pinks tactics.

Well I’ve got news for that guy reading from a card about ‘guests’. We are all part owners of the House and they are only there at our pleasure. Boggles the mind that he entirely missed the point WHILE the Constitution is being read.
For all I know Twinkle Toes was born in Never Never Land and owes allegiance to Captain Hook. But when people turn on the news tonight they will see the Capitol Police dragging a “right wing fringe nut” out of the House. MSM will make sure this story is portrayed properly.

If you are going to scream out in the gallery, learn ventriloquism and sit there quietly while your voice wafts around.
Just there there looking like you are watching the proceedings silently while spouting out stuff that carries around.
