The "birther" movement begun by prominent Montgomery County, Pa. Democrat Philip J. Berg is back thanks to another Democrat, Hawaiian Gov.-Elect Neil Abercrombie.

Berg, who had served eight years as Pennsylvania's deputy attorney general, filed suit in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia, Aug. 21, 2008 claiming that Barack Obama was ineligible to be president because he was born on foreign soil to a foreign parent hence violating the Constitution's natural born citizen requirement.

Berg was a Hillary Clinton supporter.

Berg's suit was dismissed in October 2008 by Judge R. Barclay Surrick and rejected by the Supreme Court two months later.

Berg, however, did not go away and the unwillingness by Obama to release documents that would quickly and conclusively put the matter to rest soon started other Americans going hmmmm.

By August 2010, according to a CNN poll, only 42 percent of Americans believe for certain Obama is eligible for the job.

Granted another 29 percent believe he probably is so it hasn't reached the point of a complete collapse of confidence in government.

For some irony, Obama’s path to the U.S. Senate was cleared when records pertaining to the divorce of Jack Ryan were ordered unsealed against Ryan’s wishes. The information in them created a scandal which forced Ryan from the race.”

This is a game of blocking communication. Zero is supported by a police state that be, with the media in cohorts with f@g lawyers.

Even if Zero wanted to confess, they’d block it by now. It’s all in the prevention and control of the assembly process... Only certain people have access.

I think every records of presidents should be displayed in a museum or libraries (private and public) from the get go for free examination, period.

At this point nothing he and his myrmidons produce can be accepted as valid. They have had the access and people in place to create whatever they need - LFBC, Passports, 'official' documents. Any that are released will be indistinguishable from the originals.

Any documentation released at this late a date will be suspect.

By sealing so much of his past, his birth certificate, his adoption certificate, the passport he used to visit Pakistan, his college transcripts, virtually everything he ever did, he has disqualified himself to be any kind of leader, elected or otherwise.

As far as anybody knows, 0bama has *NEVER* had a real job, where he had to interview for a job, negotiate a wage, get up in the morning, get to the office or factory or store, on time, and have someone tell him what to do.

Neither has 0bama ever run a real business where he had to invest and/or find investors, open the shop, hire and fire, deal with theft within and without, negotiate with suppliers, and compete with other businesses.

No, not to fair-minded, intelligent, rational people.

However, the dominant LeftMedia still drives the news and they are firmly on the Kenyan’s side, providing billions in free PR and propaganda 24/7.

They will want these documents to appear valid and will spin it heavily that way. That is why I believe WE need irrefutable PHYSICAL evidence that they are forgeries.
