At this point nothing he and his myrmidons produce can be accepted as valid. They have had the access and people in place to create whatever they need - LFBC, Passports, 'official' documents. Any that are released will be indistinguishable from the originals.

It won't matter how authentic the new supposed forged birth certificate looks like, how is he going to get around the fact that his father was born a British/Kenyan subject ?
