Why doesn't Congress raise this issue? Is the defintion of natural born citizen unclear?
Why would anyone be concerned about this if 0bama fits the criteria for “natural born citizen” that was in effect at the time of his birth? The only reason to be concerned is if there is a problem with that.
Show us the little bastards long form BC, the hospital and doctors name. And after 2 years it better be good.

The definition of NBC is not defined within the Constitution. So the Courts must look elsewhere to understand the definition.
The only group of citizens about which there can be no doubts and no arguments are those born on U.S. soil to two citizen parents. They do not need a statutory clarification of their citizenship.
About all other groups of citizens, we can make arguments for and against natural born citizenship.
IMHO, we need a SCOTUS interpretation of the definition of NBC once and for all.

I would not bet money that it actually exists, but if it does I say release it.

And the only reason Abercrombie is concerned about other states passing laws that future presidential runs the one running must show proof of citizenship, is because it would put Obummer out of the running in 2012. Duh!!!

Because Nancy is smarter than she looks. She knew all along as did everyone else in the US Congress that Bam Bam is not and was not eligible to be President. She was CYA’ing in advance.
It’s just MHO, but one of the dumbest things they can do is release a forged document. There are forgery experts in this world, and if they find it suspect, the release would just keep the story alive—if not make it bigger.

They will have their opportunity in January, particularly the new members of the House of Reps. The House will be leading off the 112th Congress with the reading of the Constitution. Let’s see if someone has the balls to inquire about BHO’s eligibility. Maybe that’s the reason for the plethora of “birther” stories, only to focus on the place of birth.
