I was at forgive the expression a Christmas party, NPR reporter Nina Totenberg interjected on Inside Washington in the weekends oddest cautionary separation from a common description for a common event, seemingly embarrassed to invoke any religious terminology for Christmas. She didnt say what shed prefer for parties this time of the year to be named. Winter solstice party? Just plain old holiday party? Or a seasonal gathering?

She needs to be impaled. What a pig.

Sounds more like a douchebag party, if she was a guest.

Totenberg is a vicious and hideous yenta—like most of the executives at NPR. Ugly, mean, nasty and domineering.

WHY?
Why would you even go to a Christmas Party.
To: Carpe Cerevisi
Hey Nina, you are (forgive the expression) a glittering jewel of colossal ignorance. Take your silly education and stay with your equals...in journalism. Leave the thinking to us.
To: Carpe Cerevisi
She would be Screaming BIGOTRY if she WASN”T invited to the Christmas party because she’s Jewish!

NPR needs to be defunded immediately. Not one more tax dollar to support this gaggle of lunatics and raging psychotics.

"

I know what you're saying, however, the Christian faith - to me - is based on the individual.
There is nothing the left can say or do to destroy my Christian faith. They may imprison me, or even cover my mouth with duct tape, but I'm still a Christian.
About the only effect I see them having is on the news media itself and some commercial establishments. However, Christmas is about the birth of Christ...not just presents.
However, in the Christmas shopping I have done this hear, I was delighted to see and hear the greeting of "Merry Christmas" still being used, and the number of Salvation Army kettles around.
The blowback from Christians from previous years seems to have been heard by some of them, loud and clear.
My wife manages a store and a lot of customers have shook her hand and thanked for just saying, "Merry Christmas". Everyone is tired of the leftist/atheist push to get rid of all things Christmas.
Our ace in the hole is the fact that the left depends on pushing the merchants away from Christmas - but we, the buying public - can push them right back. After all, the majority of Americans are Conservative and many of those are Christians...and our money talks.
The Constitution guarantees us "Freedom of Religion", and the left wins only when we
sit down and shut up (see tagline)"
America is losing it's freedoms in direct proportion to the amount of fear the left senses in us. They may have the media, but we've got the numbers, the people.
