People in the military know how to take care of these problems.

When was the last time that Maine had a conservative senator? I don’t remember recalling any during my time following politics.

Isn’t always reliably liberal Richard Lugar on record supporting this, too?

Snowe and Collins heard all those stories about homosexuals engaging in anal intercourse and said to themselves "Hey, how about me" and signed on.

Somebody has to 'splain to them that these are guys

When Lieberman was running last time against Ned Lamont all you ever heard was that he's a democrat who'll listen. he's a conservative democrat ... blah, blah , blah. Yeah even Hannity never missed an opportunity to kiss his backside. Well, when the chips are down, count on Joe to side with the progressive /Marxists.

I propose his next campaign slogan should be, Lieberman...He's OK on the war on terror, but don't look for much else.

Has anyone ever shown Senator Collins how to vote, or does Snowe’s staff just do it for her?

Snowecollins: Two votes, one brain.

Well, I view this as a test of the leadership. Whoever votes for this should not be given any committee assignments. These people wouldn’t vote this way if the leadership held them to it and made them pay the penalty.

But these are the same leaders who refused to pull Murkowski from her committee position when she ran against the Republican candidate after losing the primary.

Have they learned anything at all?

Gays are already in the military. Better to let them serve openly so one knows where they are - in the shower, sleeping next to you, etc.

Worthless scumbag traitors. They are on the same level as that Bradley Manning POS. None of them should see the light of day again. And so thoughtful of them, at Christmas-time, destroying one of the last remaining American institutions that actually worked, to push homosex. May they all burn in hell, where they belong.

I’ll have zero respect for anyone enlisting or re-enlisting after this degenerate transformation.

I’m sick and tired of the Maine twins. The only thing that stops me from saying throw them out is the possibility of a much worse Democrat replacing them.

As for Lugar, he lives in a Red State. He should definitely be primaried.

As a veteran, I’m willing to bet a week’s pay that neither Snowe nor Lieberman ever spent one day in the military. But, on the other hand, the Dutch Army allows gays to serve openly. Does anyone remember the last time the Dutch have won a war?

With lisa (Play Misty For Me) moo-cowski also down for the cause, I see a prime opportunity for the good citizens of Alaska to start a recall process. Six years is too long to wait to replace this hideous excuse for a human being.

The 18 states allowing for recall are as follows: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington and Wisconsin.

The policy, enacted in 1993, keeps gay and lesbian servicemen and servicewomen from serving openly in the military.

Hahaha...as if the ban on gays dated to 1993.

These “military experts” are flipping to the wrong side. Not surprised. They should realize that the military is serious business and not the make believe world of thoeretical social engineering. This will get some good people killed, queers included . . .

Those Republican senators who oppose DREAM and a repeal of DADT can run out the clock with procedural delays. Too many of them view these tactics as bad form. If they don’t have the votes to prevent cloture, they can tie the Senate up for a week.

I expect no less from the Democrat Senator from Maine...her republican base may one day wake up to just who they voted for but LIBERAL leftist progressive Snowe would always vote anything gay because, after all, the science is settled and gays are born that way right???
