Alaska Superior Court Judge William Carey held a hearing today on Lisa Murkowski’s motion to intervene in the lawsuit brought by Joe Miller, Republican nominee for the U.S. Senate, challenging the legality of the process the Division of Elections used to count write-in ballots, as well as several other discrepancies and improprieties in the 2010 general election for U.S. Senate.

The just of the story is that Miller is attempting to enforce the equal protection rule and hand count ALL ballots cast, not just Morkowski's. He is also seeking to have the law enforced that says the bubble must be filled out and the name be written as it appears on the write-in list.

Democrats are allowed to change the vote-counting rules on the fly, so why not RINOs?

Hang in there, Joe. Give as good as you get on this one, Joe. By her own rules she would do it to you and to Alaska on turned tables. She already has done it to you. At least your delay will be a huge assist to democracy in the vote count. Lisa won’t be missed if she’s late to the senate and has to forfeit her seat on whatever committee it is that she’s on, if she isn’t there by January 1. Besides, Joe, you may win when the dust clears.

Joe is honorable for not rolling over like the GOP almost always does. How many recounts do Pubbies win?

The standard playbook is that Dems recount until they win, and the GOP just rolls over. Good doggie, GOP!

The people of Alaska need to demand that their election provess is not tainted or compromised.

So am I! This is a real fighter, someone we need in the Senate...not someone who throws out the line that she just might caucus with the democrats! Well, Ms. Murkowski, why don’t you just run on the democrat ticket the next time and be done with the deception.

Read somewhere yesterday that there may potentially be a significant number of write-in ballots that were duplicates, ie. individuals casting multiple ballots. If that’s the case, then it would be fairly clear that the LM campaign has orchestrated a massive fraud, and someone needs to be sent away for a long time.

As I understand it, SCOTUS in Bush v Gore basically said that if you change the rules in midstream for one candidate you have to do it for them all. So if you hand-count the ballots you have to hand-count them all.

They roll over because the Establishment Republican Party and the Democrat Party are first cousins. And every opportunity they get the Establishment Republicans marry into the Democrat Party.

Joe Miller needs volunteers to investigate and expose all voter fraud during this election. Ask for volunteers from retired law enforcement and retired military if he doesn’t have the funds to hire investigators himself.

Used to be,”one man with the law on his side is a majority,”

now it's,”one man (or woman) with a judge in his pocket...

The Left have learned their Lenin well and as our laws and judges become creepily dissimilar, conversations about a full revolt to restore the US Constitution become more mainstream.

More like the “Establishment Republican Party” goes through a vast number of knee pads every election.

Do NOT trust them at all!

What is the status of the election? When will we know who won? or who stole it.

I may be wrong, but I think they ruled you couldn't change the rules after the election.

But the current Court ruled 9-0, that using someone else's SSSN# was not identity theft. Who knows what other goodies they have planned for us.

Crazy, isn’t it?

Liberalism MUST be a mental disorder because I feel like I’m living in an Alzheimer’s unit. I’d laugh but neither Alzheimers nor the situation we’re in is really a laughing matter.

In the “Voyage of the Dawn Treader” there’s a place where dreams come true, and it’s a place of terror because it’s not a place where DAYDREAMS come true but where the actual dreams you have where nothing is impossible and nothing has to make sense actually become reality. In dreams nothing is predictable, nothing can be planned, nothing follows an established order of cause-effect, and the bad stuff spirals out of control.

That’s what it feels like in the USA today. Even normally apolitical people are sensing it, that our world is literally becoming insane because the insane people are now making legally-binding decisions for the whole society.
