LPGA players voted Tuesday to allow transgender women golfers the opportunity to play on the tour.
In a league meeting prior to this week's LPGA Tour Championship, a motion was voted on to amend the LPGA's constitution by removing the "female at birth" requirement, LPGA commissioner Michael Whan said.

They should just go ahead and remove the female requirement. Maybe Tiger could resuscitate his career playing with a bunch of Cougars.

I can hardly wait to see who’s the first person to win both the PGA and the LPGA championship (you know now it’s got to happen sometime).

Absolutely ridiculous.
Males have inherently different muscular structure.
No way should this person be allowed to compete as a woman.

this is the death of women's golf.....now we'll see really butch players.....men...playing against women....not saying that I know anything about the sexual proclivities of the LPGA but some of them are very feminine like Nancy Lopez etc....and now they have to play against people that couldn't make in the men's game...pitiful....
I hate our culture.....

We've really lost it in this Country, now, where sex deviates who want to play "dress-up" are being allowed to intimidate us into caving in to accepting their deviance, in lieu of having some ass%ole lawyer run to some ass%ole Judge to have someone's "Rights" protected....with a tortured reading of the Constitution.
This is how we wound up with Affirmative Action, Faggots in the Military, Limp-Wristed politicians being elected, etc.

"so self-mutilated men can play against girls?" Out of respect for FR's language restrictions, I'm censoring myself.
The title is so absurd, it reads like it was pulled straight from The Onion.
To: saganite
That would be the best idea
Let all women and men play together.
After a few years when no female wins anything they will demand to be segregated again.
Some times the worst thing you can do to your opponent is give him what he wants.

Imagine, a mentally deranged freak that doesn’t even know what sex it is, is going to be a representative for the PGA. Genital mutilation is not normal people, except the eyes of homowood writers and assorted deviants.

For rather obvious reasons, I don't know much about transgendered people. But I would assume that a "woman" would need to receive regular hormone shots in order to continue "being" a "woman". Surgery is part of the transformation, but I think it is sustained through chemicals.
So, athletes who regularly receive hormone injections are OK? That opens quite a door.

Let all women and men play together. After a few years when no female wins anything they will demand to be segregated again. Agree with you completely!!
Not only will they demand to be segregated again, they will whine that they are being oppressed by the white male patriarchy.
