64!!??
Where the hell have I been?
I still look out through 20 year old eyes, operated by a 30 year old brain, all housed in a 62 year old body.
I just don't understand why the chicks don't see me as SO kewl.
Maybe I really DO look like their grandfathers ....

As macabre as it may sound, pneumonia has been called the old man’s friend.
Surely he will be missed.

My Aunt actually works at the hospital--Holy Cross Medical Center--in Oakland Park, Fort Lauderdale, and she told me that he was hospitalized there.
Ride on, Mr. Nielsen.

Amusing "AIRPLANE" story:
Soooooo - I'm one of the chaperons on a bus loaded w/ kids from grades 7 to 12. It's a sports team. The DVD for Airplane is rated PG, but I know this movie; the panic scene has a 2-3 second shot of a nice pair of naked breasts. I speak with one of the team captains who is running the DVD player - he's a responsible kid. He agrees to FF past the scene. He goes up front and prepares to hit the button. I'm at the back trying to get him to hurry up. He finally presses it... and freezes the hooters on the screen for a good 10 seconds. Everyone was roaring... a tribute to Neilsen.

I met Mr. Nielsen very briefly at a West Hollywood restaurant some years ago. He was as friendly and gracious as one could be.

Aw, crap. RIP Leslie........and I Shirley hope that God doesn't look like Robby.
"But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: for men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away, for his name is Obama."
