9 News Denver is reporting that FIRED CU professor Ward Churchill has lost his appeal to challenge his firing.

One less fraudster in academia...
Notice how long it takes liberal academia to deal with an out an out fraud.
I was just complaining to a co-worker that liberals haven’t figured out that there’s a problem with Islam after 600 years of wars and armed conflict; e.g., Crusades, Tripoli, Philippines, Iran, etc.

The Colorado Court of Appeals has upheld a lower court decision denying University of Colorado professor Ward Churchill's effort to get his job back.
The court ruled that Denver District Judge Larry Naves was right to direct a verdict in favor of the university and to find that the university was entitled to "quasi-judicial immunity."
"We conclude that the nature of the decision reached by the university and its regents, and the process by which that decision was reached, shared enough characteristics with the judicial process to warrant absolute immunity from liability," states the opinion from Judge Dennis Graham, who was writing for the Court of Appeals.
Churchill's lawyer, David Lane, said he will try to convince the Colorado Supreme Court to take up the case. He predicted the case could eventually end up before the U.S. Supreme Court. Churchill has vowed that he will teach again at the university. . . .

If he never really "taught" in the first place, how could he teach again?
All he did was make stuff up, or copy it and call it his own, wear his hair long, and falsely claim Indian heritage in order to be perceived by the dope-smoking liberal faculty as "cool"...
That's not teaching...
That's more of a "professional student", and there are already plenty of those in Boulder, desperately seeking soap and other personal hygiene items...

I wonder who is funding all of his appeals.
Academic fraud has consequences?
Glad he’s not coming back, but we’ve not heard the last of him. In my mind there are very troubling questions about the death of his third wife...given his problem with the truth and the fear of him that other women in his life have expressed I just wonder if her death was the accident he claims.
