What an inconclusive solution. Sad for her parents.
You should have left off the parentheses, the Condit reference should definitely be part of the headline.
The DC police are known incompetents. But I suspect they may not have looked too hard at first precisely becaue they assumed that Condit did it.
By the time they took it up again, the evidence was old. Whether Guandique did it or not, who knows? But it sounds as if they at least managed to pin it on someone who deserves to be taken out of circulation. Too bad he can’t just be executed, but I guess the taxpayers will pick up the rest of the tab on this, as usual. In the case of DC, I guess that means all of us.

Condit’s mysterious travels throughout the streets of DC and as far away as western VA to dispose of his conquest trophies in the weeks after her disappeance cannot be explained logically as the acts of an uninvolved man
Guandique will probably suffer a “heart attack” or “beating” or “suffocation” death in prison to close out this inquiry
Of course not only did/do liberals support easy immigration but Salvadorans were given special status by libs.
Our Lefty friends also supported a “peace process” in El Salvador that abolished the security organization that kept gangs in ckeck there and thus the “pease dividend” was largely erased by a rise in common crime. The ole Guardia Nacional and the Policia de Hacienda knew how to deal with Guandiques.

Why single out Condit for such an illustrious title, though he deserves it? He did relatively little damage to the welfare of this nation, as compared to others who are still in Congress.
By definition, ALL democrats and liberals are scumbags. It's simply an immutable code in their DNA.
And ALL illegal immigrants must be immediately incarcerated. Afterward, I'd be 100% in favor of the death penalty. The crime of breaking into a sovereign nation and robbing taxpayers (by gaming the system) is a terrible, unforgivable sin in my estimation. The wages of sin is death. And yes, that includes Jessica Colotli, too.
If we start using capital punishment as a means of swift and sure justice on these lawbreakers, that will send a clear message to those illegals who consider crossing into Our Country.

This guy is going to be alive for about another 30+ years getting 3 squares a day with free room and board courtesy of liberals and taxpayers before he’s even executed.
How can any jury convict a man - even a man with a serious criminal record - of a murder with no physical or forensic evidence to link him to the crime, nor anyone able to place him at or near the supposed location of the crime at the time it occurred?
Indique had been a suspect questioned by DC Police months after Levy's disappearance and released at the time for lack of evidence.
Very convenient for DC authorities to put the rap on one local lowlife like Indique for an alleged random street crime, rather than fully explore the possibility of a goon or goons hired by Condit, perhaps coming into DC from out of town, to do the dirty work.
You actually believe he is guilty? This is a travesty of justice. This conviction was based solely on the uncorroborated testimony of a prison snitch. It saddens me when out great justice system makes a mistake like this. I hope this man gets justice someday.
Guandique very well may have killed her, based on his previous attacks on other women in the park.
But they certainly didn’t prove he did it beyond reasonable doubt.
What the hell was that jury thinking?
Remember at first it was the lily-white guy Gary Conduit’s fault. Ooops. I guess not. Illegal alien Ingmar Guandique has been found guilty on two charges of first degree murder for the 2001 brutal killing of Chandra Levy. Lets take a look at CBS’s “summary” of the story:
Guandique, a Salvadoran immigrant, was accused of killing Levy in 2001 while she exercised in Washington’s Rock Creek Park. Her remains were found in the park roughly a year after she went missing. Levy’s disappearance made headlines when she was romantically linked to Condit, then a congressman representing central California as a Democrat, but police no longer think he was involved.
Notice a couple of things here. Because Conduit was at first blamed for the crime, then found to have nothing to do with it, they actually mention his party affiliation. Yet, when Democrats are found guilty of crimes, they conveniently leave out the party affiliation. Notice one other thing. CBS calls Guandique merely a “Salvadoran immigrant.” What’s the important word they leave out? ILLEGAL, as in illegal immigrant. But facts don’t matter to the media like CBS.
