How can any jury convict a man - even a man with a serious criminal record - of a murder with no physical or forensic evidence to link him to the crime, nor anyone able to place him at or near the supposed location of the crime at the time it occurred?
Indique had been a suspect questioned by DC Police months after Levy's disappearance and released at the time for lack of evidence.
Very convenient for DC authorities to put the rap on one local lowlife like Indique for an alleged random street crime, rather than fully explore the possibility of a goon or goons hired by Condit, perhaps coming into DC from out of town, to do the dirty work.
