Obama's TSA: Decliners Fined $11,000

News reports on Saturday reporting that the TSA was announcing warnings to would-be travelers that any "would-be commercial airline passenger who enters an airport checkpoint but refuses to undergo the method of inspection as prescribed by the TSA workers on duty would not be allowed to fly, (but far more importantly)--would not be permitted to leave the airport."

But that wasn't all. The TSA also included in it's announcement for the first time the new fine of $11,000 and possible arrest for anyone who refused.

TSA worker Sari Koshetz was quoted in one report, "Once a person submits to the screening process, they can not just decide to leave that process."

I would suggest that we take pictures of these people, and place them on every sex-offender website. I suggest that, wherever those agents go, shopkeepers who hang the sign, ‘We refuse the right to serve anyone.’, exercise that right, and refuse their money, and refuse them merchandise. it would be a hard holiday season, if they cannot purchase food, cups of coffee, gifts for the kids - because their money is no good.

One who assassinates, will do so without discussion.

One who discusses, will do so without assassinations.

How about that? You have three days to rescind on the purchase of a home but you can’t change your mind about being screened? “You vil submit!”

No damned bureaucrat has constitutional power to write rules with the force of law, enforce the rules and punish under those rules. That is tyranny.

My 2 thoughts on the matter:
1) The democrat liberals were howling blue murder at the Patriot Act after 9/11. This far more worse and where is the alleged good guys ACLU (we all know they are die hard commies masquerading as good guys) and their deafening silence over this atrocity being foisted on law abiding Americans?
2) Welcome to the age of OBAMA and his communist style dictatorship!!

These boobs have NO idea what they’re getting themselves into.

The biggest boob is of course OBAMA himself!!

As Rush Limbaugh said "this is Obama's way to punish the country for the devastating defeat the Dems suffered in the mid-terms elections.

I actually (mildly) feel sorry for the TSA agents, some of them are actually semi-decent people trying to do a dirty job as dictated by the dictator-in-chief and his corrupt army of illegal czars.
You dont think or realize for a second that oBummer is watching and enjoying with wicked glee the building anger & resentment towards the TSA?

I absolutely loathe the zero administration and am beginning to hate those who voted for this marxist as well.

He doesn’t have a clue how to keep this country safe. I think he is just giving in to his perverted left with these “so-called” pat downs. Maybe NAMBLA was a big donor to his campaign. (not sure if this is the correct letters for that disgusting group, but something just isn’t right about all of this.

He’d rather have all of us groped and humiliated than to try the security measures that Israel has had with so much success.

Who gave these maggots the authority to impose fines?

Per the head of the TSA flying is a privelege, not a right.

Fortunatley for us, the head of the TSA does not have the privilege of determining our rights.

The way to deal with this is to publish TSA names, addresses....:

Sari Koshetz

TSA worker Sari Koshetz was quoted in one report, "Once a person submits to the screening process, they can not just decide to leave that process."

So, does that mean that if you go to the line and inform the TSA agent that you 'do not submit to the screening process'... that you're all good?

Per the head of the TSA flying is a privilege, not a right.

In other words, per the head of the TSA... the right of free transit is a privilege.

Or in better words, the freedom of movement is only a suggestion.

You are correct. There is no chance a Congressman or Senator would vote to allows sexual assualts on Americans at airports, yet it happens.

Still, we can elect conservatives until Judgment Day and it will make little difference until legislating is returned to Congress. The Courts are wrong on this, as they are wrong on so much.

Did you see the vid of the lecture Newt gave to a law school class regarding the proper place of the courts in our republic?

If not, it is here. It is outstanding.

And you know, when TSA agents are led out of airports in handcuffs... they will all cry that they were ‘just following orders’.

I never thought I’d live to see the day that it would become a distinct possibility that Americans could even think of uttering the same excuse as the Nazis.

Just sent the following to my Congressman through his online message system (called too):

Our government is the problem. Most recent: TSA. Let me get this straight... if I don't submit to their "handling" of me, I will get an $11,000 fine? Even a child can see that this goes way beyond consent to coercion... from a pat down to sexual assault.

I don't expect you to listen... you never do. So instead, I'll just tell you what I'm going to do about the problem. I won't fly. Not as long as we continue this lunacy. Just as in gun control, the gun isn't the problem--and neither is my shampoo... it's the terrorists. We have a pretty homogenous profile of the terrorists... target them with your increased scrutiny! Let me tell you, next it will be a body cavity bomb... how do you plan to find that? Full medical-level x-ray exposure for all travelers? The only logical solution is the stop the bad people, not just their toys.

Your party's course of action is crippling this nation. If that is your intent... good job. If not, stop the idiocy and let the American people get back to being Americans in our own country!
