Charge the agents. By name. Call 911 and tell them someone forcibly stripped my child. Call your lawyers.
Do not go back asleep. We need to start seeing the TSA agents in cuffs being hauled out of the airports.
These TSA employees have families who love them, and friends, and property.
No doubt they have normal human emotions ~ outside of work of course where they pretend to be ogres, pedophiles and sex abusers ~ even torturers.
Which means you don't want to sue them for things that happen at work or in the course of their employment ~ they'll show up with 186 government paid lawyers who have nothing better to do than corrupt the trial.
What you need to do ~ and it's risky ~ is figure out how you can hurt them with no trace back to your trip through the TSA gauntlet.

90% of business travelers do not check baggage. So, if you refuse to be strip searched, you ought to be able to leave, since you will NOT be on any plane. The TSA is simply wrong, and it will take a few test cases to do this.
This type of statement is like one has entered a military base, past a sign which says all who enter are subject to a search of themselves and their auto. But the difference is that flying is a voluntary act of commerce. There is nothing in the transaction that says you are assumed to be a hazard to travel or other passengers.
If the media was impressed with this election our next one is going to be a real hell raiser if Congress don’t kick the Gestapo out of the groping business. Anyone running for office on that issue alone will get elected.
