I am now boycotting anything from California. I now ask at the grocery store before purchasing produce. And my wife has just crossed San Diego off a list of possible convention sites for her industry.

It seems that after this ruling that out of state students should demand the same rights as illegal aliens and pay only the in-state tuition rate. After all, isn’t equal protection under the law in effect here?

So another words, if I am a resident of Pennsylvania (I am) and want to go to University of California (system) than I have to pay the additional cost but those from Mexico do not. I think if I was a college aged student (I am not anymore), I would challenge this law by saying I am an Illegal Alien from Pennsylvania. If more students did this, it might just work.....lol.

Justice Ming Chin, a Pete Wilson appointed Judge was also one we at the ranch voted against this past election cycle, due to his Liberal perspectives. I don’t know at this point if this “Judge” was voted out, or not, but as Californian’s as a rule vote the opposite of Mrs. RQSR, and myself, I’d bet he still rides his pony.

I found the information. Justice Ming Chin was retained by the electorate of California by 62% vote.

California just boggles the mind on everything they do. ILLEGALS should not be allowed in schools or colleges AT ALL.

CA will go over the economic cliff all while spending $10+ billion per year on illegals.

I’m kind of surprised this case was even heard in California, if the description here is accurate. How can a California state court render a decision on whether a state policy conflicts with Federal law? Doesn’t this case belong in the Federal court system?

I will never understand how the “illegal” part doesn’t get them deported. Seriously, if that mindset is acceptable what else matters?

Being a legal citizen earns you zip in this nation.
How far we have come .. towards a socialist state.

“I am now boycotting anything from California.”
If that is the case, you should also boycott anything from Texas as Texas has the exact same law regarding In-State Tuition for illegal aliens.
To: Hoodat
Well, that has appeal written all over it.

I am now boycotting anything from CaliforniaYa' know you're painting with a pretty broad brush there, pard. There still are a lot of us conservative types here in CA, including Jim Thompson and FR.

And they wonder why they are bankrupt.
Just don't ask the rest of the country to bail you out.
