Prayer Request for Freeper Lady Jag
Lady Jag has been laid low by yet another kidney stone this year.
She spent the first week of November in her local hospital. They were unable to do a lithotripsy.
Today she is going to the hospital in Boston... hopefully they will be able to lithotripsy the stone and not have to resort to something more drastic.
She needs to be uplifted in body and soul with our prayer.

Update in LJ’s behalf.
Lady Jag was in significant respiratory discomfort prior to the placement of the stents due to fluid build up.
Stents brought the beginning of improvement immediately.
The stents are uncomfortable and she is still bleeding.
She is very happy to be home with the kitties and the kitties are clinging to her. Iggy is guarding, Zach is clinging and Sam watching over her lovingly.
Between a week of being unable to breathe in the first hospital and then being kept awake for 30 hours in the second she is worn to a nubbin.
Your prayers and humor have uplifted her spirits. She asked me to update and offer her thanks.
Not out of the woods yet, but in a clearing in the sun to rest for a while.
She will respond more in depth when her health allows it.
Thank you, to all you wonderful Freeper from Lady Jag and Taz.

Woke up a coupld hours ago and gave another stab at this thread but it took two hours to post once.
Thank you immensely for all your prayers. And thanks for the updates, Taz.
I've had kidney stones before but not like this. Not only is it a large stone, its movement created several complications. This is the worst so far.

Glad to hear you are home, but sounds like your still having a tough battle. Will continue to remember you in prayer.
Not to change the subject or anything, but I’ve heard that if you are prone to getting kidney stones, you should only drink distilled water and not tap water. Any idea if this is true or if drinking distilled water helps?
Answer at your leisure or not at all if you’re not up to it.

Thank you, Joe Pro Bono.
Since I haven't been in for surgery for a long time they don't have the anesthesia tuned and After a couple days home the old noggin's spin seems to have slowed significantly as the anesthesia wears off.

Now that prayers (and all of your hospital visits) are helping you improve, it’s time to remind you of my favorite Ziggy sentiment:
“Get better quick because being sick isn’t any fun — and I ought to know....
“...because I had fun once!”
Keep improving!
Prayers continue....
