Interesting: Pelosi is no longer second in line to default as POTUS. Boehner will be. (Vanity)

Would like to toss out an interesting scenario that could possibly take place. Now that Pelosi will be constitutionally ineligible to become POTUS should both Obama and Biden happen to be disqualified for unknown reasons, come January after Sen. John Boehner is sworn in as Speaker of the House, HE will be second in line for the job.

In my opinion, if the Republicans who will be in charge of committees to push the question of Obama's qualification to be POTUS succeed in exposing him as in violation of Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution and SCOTUS rules he is unqualified, wouldn't that move Boehner one step closer to the presidency?

Yes, I know what you are thinking. Biden would step in immediately after Zero is removed (no impeachment necessary). But Biden would also be removed since he would be (in my opinion) an accessory to the crime.

Once Boehner is sworn in, he will have the ability to not only clean house by removing all of Zero's commie czars but it would be like January 2013 instead of 2011 come this January.

I look forward to my fellow FReeper's comments.

It is conceivable that the Kenyan will be declared insane and unfit to server under the 25 amendment. The brain damaged Biden would have a panic attack and resign.

Voila! President Boehner.

Wow you make a great point

Insist on evidence that he is constitutionally eligable, then void his elction, and everything he signed

All it needs to start that process isfor the GOP to demand his records- especially the birth certificate AND indonesian school records (you have to be an indonesian citizen to go to school where he did)

I don’t believe Obama is eligible but its also glaringly clear that he isn’t going anywhere.

It would be a far more productive use of time to work toward strengthening proof of eligibility requirements in the individual states. That isn’t going to without Obama getting a pass.

We’re stuck with Obama and that’s a simple fact but if people really care about fixing the problem that gave us Obama, they’ll need to completely remove Obama’s name from the issue and take it up in their state legislatures.

Its pointless to continue a clearly failed tactic.

What a stupid argument, sad thing is too many people think just like you.

Yes it's stupid remark, but it's the MSM lingo. Who comes to FR to read liberal 'fear' tactics posts.

“What a stupid argument, sad thing is too many people think just like you.”

As long as you’re good with HRC being the president in 2012 and losing our house majority, your argument is a great one.

American’s are going to be mightily annoyed if R’s in Congress get bogged down in birther controversies instead of cutting spending, building a fence on the border, and emasculating ObamaCare. An R congress that doesn’t focus on the issues that brought it to power will be gone in two years.

If R’s succeed with the birther issue, the likely response by the public (similar to Clinton’s impeachment) will to be pissed off at R’s. Remember, we were right about impeachment. Clinton lied and obstructed justice. Slam dunk. Didn’t help at all.

Finally, as I said before, I don’t like doing HRC’s spadework for her. The black community will blame whoever takes down Obama as a non-citizen. If rats do it, we have an opening to reducing the automatic democrat vote amongst 10% of the population for decades. If we do it, that demographic is gone for at least my lifetime.

Between you and me, I think there may be a pony at the bottom of the pile of birther horse manure. Strategically, though, it’s a dead-bang loser.

MB is right, this is just a distraction that will give Obama extra support that he doesn’t have now. The best thing for conservatives is to just hold our noses for the next 2 years and quietly starve his agenda.

And watch as Hillary sneaks up behind him with a (political) knife.

No politician is going to bring this up.

Bull. Enough time needed to pass.

Add to that the fact that the economy has sucked for a long time now, and there's no sign it's going to get any better any time soon.

People are mad as hell.

You can get away with a lot more when people are mad as hell, i.e., our version of "never let a good crisis go to waste."

Putting good jobs back into America is more important than putting a half-black Marxist into the White House (for a potential second term, even).

Do you just want to wait until 2012 and hope that someone like Palin or Demint or Christie can beat Obama?

With all the rampant voter fraud, odds are the Dem's could steal the election, just as they did last week for Harry Reid.

That's not something I want to risk.

You?

Boehner will definitely be 3rd in line. That fact is indeed uplifting this morning.

I would shed no tear if the POSOTUS somehow naturally achieves room temp.....no other way as that might make him a martyr.

I would rather have Biden than zer0...this moron would quietly pass the 2 years left in office as a caretaker until someone without a plate in his head is chosen.

And watch as Hillary sneaks up behind him with a (political) knife.

You two are delusional.

Hillary has already said, just the other day, she's not running in 2012.

It's too close to 2012 to say something like that and then blatantly change your mind.

What part of "MOST AMERICANS WANT THE TRUTH ABOUT OBAMA TO COME OUT" don't you understand?

It will not backfire politically.

What have we got to lose?

Besides, if people really think Barack is doing a great job in the White House, why did the election go the way it did last Tuesday?

2/3 of the state legislatures can call a con-con and wipe them out. Biden and Obama. It is in Article 5 of the Constitution.

“If ifs and buts were candy and nuts....”

Speaking of candy, nuts and such; it will be interesting to see if Boehner has the “nuts” to take away Pelosi’s candy, that being her big ole Boeing 757 that hauls her gnarly butt back and forth to California every week. We'll see but I'm betting the answer is no...
