West Virginians are a bunch of Suckers. They fell for the Charlie Crist Politician.

If Manchin wins (and he probably will) you need to consider two things - one, Manchin is an extremely popular governor in West Virginia, and two, he ran more to the right than many Republicans.

According to the campaigning there the only difference in that race was the letter next to their names.

I think the Democrat establishment is stronger than we think it is.

We may be better off having both the President and the Senate to run against in 2012

That is such great news that mean-mouth Grayson got pitched out. I’m sure he won’t be gracious or dignified in defeat.

The House numbers are stunning. Longtime incumbent Boucher (RAT-VA) just went down. That is HUGE, and more upsets are coming.

We wont take the Senate (as expected) but we are having a great night with the House.

Whether it’s better for our side or not, our side will have to deal with a Dem Senate.

We can't win them all, but we can win most of them. If we get by with 48 seats AND the House, Obama can't railroad legislation past us.

I concur. While having the senate would allow us to screw up his nominees to the court, but we can still do that if we stick together.

But if we had both houses then the media would set us up like in 94.

That pretty much kills the outside chance for the Senate. Looks like 6/7 and 55/60.

We have a lot of work to do. This is no tsunami. I am more than a little disappointed. Happy with the house gain (to be)...but had really hoped America had awakened from their slumber. They haven't.

That might be true about the race, but in the Senate, it gives the RATs one more vote.

For all the bravado of him shooting 0bama’s agenda, the creep is still a DemonRAT and will vote with the RATS. When push comes to shove, he will vote for whatever socialist efflivium 0bama and his Marxist cabal shoves down the chute.

Never get too hyped up. Any House win is about all we can hope for. The dems aren’t going anywhere, despite what people on here might yack on for months before elections.

Might Machinn ultimately caucus with the GOP in the Senate? Certainly he is a vote to against Cap and Trade.
