What Cao’s father went through makes little difference to the confused state of his son... Cao Jr. is a silly RINO who goes about his way based only on his FEELINGS and makes bad decisions ... Republican or not Cao is not a reliable supporter of Conservative causes ... Unreliable Republican office holders ARE WORSE than electing Dems.

I’m glad Mr. Cao was able to escape to America with his family.

Most of Cao’s constituents are LEECHES... Parasites - they need to be weaned of the milk provided by taxpayers...

Cao is naive - ignorant of the realities of the world... unworthy of holding any public office.

Cao is so dumb he does not realize he is proposing SOCIALISM where others perpetually pay for the unwillingness of others to work for a living....

My Quang Cao

Mr. Cao, who was born in Vietnam on Jan. 21, 1932, enlisted in the military right out of high school, joining the officers training program.

When South Vietnam fell to the Communists in 1975, Mr. Cao was taken a prisoner of war by the North Vietnamese Army.

He spent the next seven years in Communist re-education camps, where his family said he was subjected to physical and psychological torture. His wife, Khang Thi Tran, was allowed to visit her husband only four times a year during his imprisonment.

End snips
