Republican or not Cao is not a reliable supporter of Conservative causes ... Unreliable Republican office holders ARE WORSE than electing Dems.

Not in this case. He replaced the convicted and sentenced to 13 years in federal prison, Dollar Bill Jefferson. The D in the race is just as corrupt as the convicted felon Jefferson.
