For a president under siege, maybe this could help.
In an episode of “Mythbusters” on the Discovery Channel to be shown on Dec. 8, President Obama will help determine whether the Greek scientist Archimedes really set fire to an invading Roman fleet using only mirrors and the reflected rays of the sun.
Producers of the television series are not saying exactly how Mr. Obama will help prove — or disprove — that myth. But the first presidential appearance is intended to help spur interest in math and science as part of the White House effort to increase American competitiveness in those subjects.
Mr. Obama plans to announce his participation in the show during a White House science fair on Monday.

Obama will be on the show to stand for the proposition that smoke and mirrors can be an effective strategy from time to time.
He’ll probably pitch alternative energy schemes like the now-closed Solar One array in Baghdad, CA.
That probably could have burned a wooden ship, had it been in El Segundo and not Bagdhad.
It was cloudy that day, they needed the bright light from his radiant glow to power the “lazzzer”.</sarcasm>
He has time to examine this myth, yet no time to release his long-form birth certificate to dispel the myth that he isn’t qualified to be POTUS. Very interesting.

Getting rid of the teacher’s unions would be a much better way to improve American competitiveness in math and science.
But then Obama would lose 10% of his supporters.
This is another example of how a Marxist refuses to address the problem.

Going to bust the myth that he is a "Natural Born" US Citizen.
They have already done that myth a couple of times.

It’s part of that whole “emphasis on the contributions of Muslims to math and science” thing.
I was kinda hoping for something like the “William Tell, with a bow and arrow, shoots the apple off a guy’s head” re-creation with Obama as the apple wearer, and special guest star Stevie Wonder operating the bow and arrow.

He could take a quiz afterwards, to demonstrate his understanding.
