"You kind of have to drop the standard for the first lady, right?" the official explained late Thursday. "I mean, she's prety well liked and probably doesn't know what she's doing."We have to lower the standards for Moochelle because she "probably doesn't know what she's doing"? Wow. What an indictment.

Dems have no need or requirement to follow any laws.
Laws are there to keep us in our place.
“Progressives” are Un-American technocrats who only use laws to lampoon Conservatives with the help of disgusting human fecal matter known as the Press.
Scumbags like Wolf (Bite-me) Blitzer would sooner insult and lecture any loathsome opponent to the the Liberal cause than he would EVER even pose a question to Madame Control Freak about her obvious disrespect for transgressing the Laws of America by politicking at a polling place.
Leftists in League with a single party Media = no freaking concerns for the Law.

"Ignorance" of the law is no excuse and "dropping the standard" for ANYONE is a violation on the part of the official ...
She should be issued a citation and the official should be charged with aiding and abetting [then fired].

M.O.'s a hideous sow and broke the law yet I really don't think too many of those voting at the Martin Luther King Center were in opposition to her message.

A nothing story, and a distraction from the hard issues which are attracting people to vote for our side. This will so easily be spun as "attacking the First lady," and Obama will be shouting about it for all he's worth.
Keep your eye on the prize, and don't get distracted by such silliness, and it is indeed silliness.

Hey, it just occurred to me - in MD there are multiple signs [BIG] that warn of electioneering within 100 feet of the polling place ...
They make the pols stand outside behind yellow tape ...
I think the 100-foot rule is federal law AND the signs mandating same ...
So, how can MEESHELL claim she didn’t know it ???

The Kenyan usurper's wife outdoes herself.
Now she sullies the name of her office with outright criminal behavior.

Shows the Obamas total disregard for the law and that they are “above the law.” Just wait it will get uglier than this...

Here in Arizona, a grandmother wore a Tea Party t-shirt to vote in the primary in August. Someone complained (an official I believe) and the woman has been charged with polling place electioneering and now CANNOT VOTE IN THE ELECTION! That's an outrage and she should bring up the double standard with Sasquatch as part of her defense.

Illinois state law -- Sec. 17-29 (a) -- states: "No judge of election, pollwatcher, or other person shall, at any primary or election, do any electioneering or soliciting of votes or engage in any political discussion within any polling place, within 100 feet of any polling place." It's a stupid law but, hey, it IS the law.

Woo-hoo! She's lucky these defenders of law and justice weren't around at the time. THEY would've made sure no hanky-panky was allowed to take place.

It is funny that she’s a brilliant, accomplished lawyer until she breaks the law, then she probably didn’t know about it.
