Man arrested after decapitated body found in Chandler
Chandler police are investigating a weekend homicide after taking a suspect into custody.
At approximately 5:30 a.m. Sunday, Chandler police were called to an apartment complex in the 300 block of West Fairview Street near Frye Road and Arizona Avenue for a decapitated man found inside a unit.
Officers found a Hispanic male in his 30s stabbed and decapitated. The man’s head was found near the body.
The identity of the victim has not been released pending notification of family.
Crisantos Moroyoqui, 36, is in custody facing charges of second-degree murder and hindering prosecution.
According to police, Moroyoqui had been living near the victim and it appears they knew each other.
Sgt. Frank Mendoza said the victim, suspect and other people had been drinking earlier in the evening inside the unit.
The police report indicates some of the men left for a casino and at that time the witnesses reported seeing the victim alive with Moroyoqui and three other individuals. An hour later men awoke to find the victim deceased.
A witness who lived with Moroyoqui alerted investigators to bloody shoes which provided probable cause for Moroyoqui’s arrest.
Moroyoqui is in the U.S. illegally.

More attention to the repatriated from Arizona
Nogales State and municipal agencies on the border have increased their attention to the repatriated from Arizona, according to the Director of Attention to International Migrants, Evaristo Mendoza Paredes.
Nogales is the city that receives more than 35% of those deported into the State of Sonora, said the official, This means that we must employ a different strategy than that imposed in other border cities in Sonora that receive fewer deportees.
According to the National Institute of Migration (INM), there are also deportations into the border cities of Agua Prieta, Naco, Sonoyta and San Luis Rio Colorado.
Mendoza said that border cities must increase their aid to deportees from the United States.

The government buys broken firearms
Culiacan For eight years the government has bought arms voluntarily turned in by citizens under a program called Exitosa, (Successful), but in reality, it isnt working.
Information from the Secretary of Defense (SEDENA) bares the naked truth about the Voluntary Donation and Registration of Firearms Campaign of Sinaloa.
Supposedly, the campaign is to prevent firearms accidents in Sinaloan homes and to reduce firearms in the civilian population.
The truth is that the program run by the State Public Security Agency and SEDENA has served to remove firearms from private homes, but those arms are broken and useless. Of the arms turned in since the program began in 2003, (and cost up to 2,500 Pesos each), 6,767 have turned out to be inoperable or useless as classified by military personnel.
The government has spent more than 13 million Pesos over the last 8 years to decommission weapons under this program.

-end of report-
The article speaks of "rituals". Well, maybe, but I suspect there's a lot more involved than that.
“Although theyre looking for an SUV with CA tags, these guys are likely back in Mexico by now. I cant see them heading back to CA unless theyre really, really dumb. But, who knows. Maybe they think they have protection back in CA.”
Heck, California would probably run them for governor or the senate.
No worries...Obammy is to be briefed by George Clooney on the Sudan situation.
See my post #44. “Just arrived” over the weekend could mean from CA, or Mexico. My bet’s on CA due to the vehicle registration. They’re still illegals, but new to AZ (at least this time...).
The more I think about it, the more I think they’re headed to for CA. It’s about equidistant either way (Mexico border or CA state line), but they may not know about how the investigation has made progress and aren’t aware of their vehicle being “tagged”.
They’d be safer heading for Mexico, but may feel comfortable in CA, and think they can hide there by blending in. Having their ID’s plus the vehicle ID makes that more perilous for them. But, do they know that...?
Heads up that they are on your trail ping!
” Anyone with information about the suspects whereabouts is urged to contact 911. The men are considered to be armed and dangerous.
Gee..ya think?? “
LOL!!
I’ll shave off the goatee.
Just FYI: ;-)
joto
Derogatory Mexican-Spanish term for a homosexual; the best English approximation is “faggot.”
Ay, Pablo, you’re such a joto!
Heck, even the victim can still be considered to be “armed”, though no longer dangerous...
One of elPreseidente Jorge Bush’s short-comings was indifference to the illegal immigrant problem. The dims see criminal aliens as a source of votes and cater to them. Both parties seem to ignore the damage being done to the fabric of our society and threat caused by over twelve million invaders among us. This has to stop immediately! If prosecution is in order, let the chips fall where they may.
Yes, true. They simply don’t live with the unwashed masses they rule over. I’m not that concerned for myself, but I actually worry about other people. This is a notion that seems to be foreign to those we elect.
Yes, and I guess I was really just agreeing with you, which I should have said. I’m just going to admit here, I’m trying to learn my new Mac, which I love, but which is giving me a few fits (I keep making the screen big and small!) :) It causes me to lose focus!
Let me say it now. I agree with your post! You got it going on!
Well, one thing is for sure. Obamas government will NEVER protect the citizens of this country. We are on our own.
U.S. Spending At Least $18.6 Million Per Day to Incarcerate Illegal Aliens; More Than 195,000 Illegal Aliens Deported in Fiscal 2010 Had Committed Crimes Here
Oct. 2010 [snip](CNSNews.com) U.S. taxpayers are spending at least $18.6 million per day to house an estimated 300,000 to 450,000 illegal immigrants who are incarcerated and eligible for deportation from the United States, according to data from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Justice (DOJ).
The cost per day for these prisoners is based on Justice Department incarceration cost estimates from 2001 and on the lower-end figure of 300,000 incarcerated deportable aliens, which means the actual expense today could be substantially higher than $18.6 million per day.
The prisones involved here are foreign national who have come into the United States, committed a crime, been captured, and imprisoned.
Half of the undocumented aliens who were removed from the United States in fiscal 2010 (which ended on Sept. 30) had been convicted of a crime in the United States.
On Wednesday, the office of the DHS Inspector General (IG) released its annual performance plan report for fiscal year 2011, which states that there are approximately 300,000 to 450,000 criminal aliens incarcerated in federal, state, county, and local correctional facilities [who] are eligible for removal from the United States.
In its March 2010 report, Immigration Enforcement Actions: 2009, the DHS defines removal as the compulsory and confirmed movement of an inadmissible or deportable alien out of the United States based on an order of removal. An alien who is removed has administrative or criminal consequences placed on subsequent reentry owing to the fact of the removal.
Kara McCarthy, a spokeswoman at the DOJ, told CNSNews.com that the latest data available show that average annual operating costs per state inmate for Fiscal Year 2001 was $22,650; in the Federal Bureau of Prisons it was $22,632.
These annual operation costs exclude capital expenditures, juvenile corrections, probation, parole, and most central office functions of corrections spending, McCarthy told CNSNews.com
The cost of $22,650 per year to house just one inmate at the state level equals about $62 a day ($22,650 divided by 365 days). In the Federal Bureau of Prisons, it also averages out to $62 per day ($22,632 divided by 365 days).
Given this daily average expense (based on fiscal year 2001 costs), it can be estimated that the cost of housing 300,000 incarcerated illegal aliens in U.S. prisons would equal $18.6 million per day; the cost for housing 450,000 incarcerated illegal aliens would equal $27.9 million per day. If inflation in prison costs since 2001 were factored in, the expense would be even greater.
When CNSNews.com asked why incarcerated aliens who are eligible for removal have not been deported, a DHS spokesperson said, It is because they are still serving their criminal sentence. ICE does not receive criminal aliens from state criminal justice systems until after they have completed their sentences. (ICE is the acronym for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.)
On the same day the IGs office released its performance plan report, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano and ICE Director John Morton announced that half of the undocumented aliens who were removed from the United States in fiscal year 2010, which ended on Sept. 30, were convicted criminals.
In fiscal year 2010, ICE set a record for overall removals of illegal aliens, with more than 392,000 removals nationwide, says an Oct. 6 press release from the DHS. Half of those removedmore than 195,000were convicted criminals.

Here's one of them.

The second suspect is Jose David Castro Reyes, a 25-year-old Hispanic man, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 180 pounds. Police said he has short hair, is clean shaven and was last seen wearing a white shirt, white T-shirt and jeans.
The third suspect is known only as “El Joto,” police said. They described him as Hispanic with a thin build and short spiked black hair and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a black patterned shirt, white T-shirt and jeans.
“Were dealing with a stabbing that ultimately led to a decapitation of a human being. These are ruthless people who have no regard for human life,” said Chandler Detective Frank Mendoza.
“Brewer was right...”
Indeed.
