Police arrested a Chandler resident Sunday after discovering a decapitated man inside an apartment. Crisantos Moroyoqui, 36, faces one charge of second-degree murder and hindering prosecution.
Det. Frank Mendoza said Moroyoqui was booked Sunday and was not cooperating with the investigation.

The second suspect is Jose David Castro Reyes, a 25-year-old Hispanic man, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 180 pounds. Police said he has short hair, is clean shaven and was last seen wearing a white shirt, white T-shirt and jeans.
The third suspect is known only as “El Joto,” police said. They described him as Hispanic with a thin build and short spiked black hair and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a black patterned shirt, white T-shirt and jeans.
“We’re dealing with a stabbing that ultimately led to a decapitation of a human being. These are ruthless people who have no regard for human life,” said Chandler Detective Frank Mendoza.
