With staff changes, Obama also plots new strategy

WASHINGTON — As President Barack Obama remakes his senior staff, he is also shaping a new approach for the second half of his term: advancing his agenda through executive actions he can take on his own, rather than pushing plans through an increasingly hostile Congress. A flurry of staff departures and promotions is playing out as the White House ends a nearly two-year period of intense legislative activity. Where the original staff was built to give Obama maximum clout in Congress, the new White House team won't need the same leverage with lawmakers. "It's fair to say that the next phase is going to be less about legislative action than it is about managing the change that we've brought," White House senior adviser David Axelrod said in an interview.

Detroying the country with policy and “appointments” instead of legislatively. He’s a madman bent on our destruction.

The president remakes his senior staff?

He’s not remaking the staff as such. They are all leaving voluntarily. They make it sound like he’s taking charge and making all these changes, when in reality, many are leaving the sinking ship of Obama.

The Obama presidency may sink like the Titanic, and ambitious political operatives like Emmanuel jump ship so as not to be associated with the Obama White House.

Hopefully the budget process can be used effectively to impede their efforts.

Also Darryl Issa’s 24/7/365 investigative efforts bottling up socialist bureaucrats with subpoenas.

For example, didn’t the EPA come out with regulations about greenhouse gases? And an executive order will put them into effect, without a vote of Congress? So then it won’t matter that cap and trade never passed Congress, the Obama administration will “deem” that it has the power and authority to regulate, and will do whatever they want unless challenged by someone.

America does not have a king who rules by decree. This is blatantly unconstitutional.
Any Republican who doesn’t have the stomach for impeaching the first Marxist president should not be elected in November.

Executive decrees. The true sign of our first “post bi-partisan” president.

I’m betting on the Fuhrer Bunker hunker down strategy vs. the Mussolini fleeing in a car strategy.

Well, Obama is about to meet some American Immigrants with whom he is not yet familiar.

We can make up our own "executive orders!"

1) Legislation passed with a veto-proof majority.
2) New president.

I fully expect a conservative congress to determine if this islamocommucrat is eligible to serve. If not, pull him.
There would be no impeachment since he was not qualified to run to begin with. God almighty, get him out of there!

Executive orders only apply to the administration of the executive branch. Anything else is unconstitutional and can be ignored. Let the SOB fight us in Federal court, or Congress can simply override such orders by legislation. And... there’s another election looming in 2012 and if Obama decides to go the adversarial route, we can beat him.

Yes, it’s pretty stunning that bypassing Congress and the representative process has not already given cause to shout impeachment loud and clear, UNLESS, the conservatives fear it would somehow backfire against all the advances made by the Tea Party, with consideration to the people that are at a 50/50 split between going marxist, or restoring Constitutional governance. We are winning in polls because the fence sitters, the neutrals, the lukewarm are swinging our way, but we true believers are ourselves without the numbers, yet.
