More people are getting their news about the upcoming election from cable television than any other source, and from Fox News more than any other cable channel, according to a POLITICO/George Washington University Battleground Poll released Monday.
The poll found that 81 percent of those polled get their news about the midterm elections from cable channels, like Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, or their websites, compared with 71 percent from national network news channels, such as ABC, NBC or CBS, and their websites.
Among cable news channels, Fox was the clear winner, with 42 percent of respondents saying it is their main source, compared with 30 percent who cited CNN and 12 percent who rely on MSNBC.
SNIP
MSNBCs personalities were largely ranked as unknown by respondents: 70 percent said they had never heard of Ed Schultz, 55 percent said they had never heard of Rachel Maddow and 42 percent said they had never heard of Keith Olbermann.

Which is why FReepers need to stop posting threads about those lunatics. Leave them unkown.
Murdoch, Ailes and Co. have successfully “outFoxed” the American people. Fox News is the emotional pressure-release valve, and the re-direction and containment component of the MSM.

MAJOR BUMP!!
Your link does not work.
Okay, this may be a good blog, or it may not be, but I’ll never know because you chose to tease it rather than post it.
Secondly, the “Jamiewearingfool” blog belongs in bloggers, not news.
Limbaugh needs to publish a daily list of sponsors of these “unknowns”. A 5% drop in sales for their sponsors would soon make them unknown and unemployed.

No mention of Matthews whose ratings are the lowest of those loons. Tonight they start another bomb thrower, Lawrence O’Donnell at 10 PM Eastern time. Wonder what Comcast is going to do with this lineup of idiots when they take over.

Olberman: The Unknown News Anchor..............
My worry is that the creeps hiding in caves along the Pak/Afghan border and the creeps planning the next car bombing in Baghdad know *exactly* who those lunatics are, and get energized every time our military gets defamed by one of them. In other words, Matthews, Olbermann, Maddow, et al were giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
It's a shame that the previous administration didn't recognize this when the Iraq war was at its height: if we had recognized their treason then, there's a good chance that the Iraqi 'insurgents' would have been demoralized a lot sooner than they actually were, and American lives would have been saved. IMHO, since there's not a place at the Ft. Leavenworth rockpile for the MSDNC losers, there's definitely a special place in Hell for them, right next to Saddam Hussein.

That’s 152%! And they say most Americans are uninformed....
“MSNBCs personalities were largely ranked as unknown”
I think you misquoted:
“MSNBCs personalities were largely rank”
I blocked MSNBC so when channel surfing I won’t even hit the channel by accident.
Why is this written as if Rush is on Fox?
