Approximately 10 minutes into the speech the moderator informs the public not to film. The citizen continues to film, stating it is his First Amendment Right. The camera is smashed into his face. This is clearly seen on the video.
less than a box of shells will do it
How DARE any Serf challenge the elite RULING CLASS?!!
If you do any such thing, then it can only be due to the fact that you are a Counter-Revolutionay and must be immediately sent to the Gulags with all of your family.
The sanctity of the proletariat is at stake and can not be allowed to be attacked by those who would undo the utopia of this Government.
/sarc rant complete
If theses street thugs aren’t stopped then any one of us or our family could be the next target of this out of control elite Ruling Class.

...would have been a huge story if the video guy were a black Democrat and was assaulted by a white member of the ‘Caucasian Alliance’...
I would love to see a YouTube version of all of these crimes under a what if? category...what if white conservatives beat up a black liberal for selling t-shirts; what if a white conservative brandished a billy-club at a polling place etc.
I think it would be must-see-TV; a pic=1000 words.
If I had a dollar for every time I have heard or read “what if Bush had said that or a Conservative/Tea Party member had done that”...I could have bought myself a new laptop ;^)
In so far as [criminal] courts are concerned, the Sixth Amendment calls for a public trial. At the time, that probably meant that anyone who wished to attend was pretty much free to do so. A written summary of the proceedings was generally kept as a public record in the early days, eventually replaced by court stenographer's transcript after stenography was invented in the late nineteenth century. The founders never had to consider photography or filming, as neither would be invented until the nineteenth century. So, eventually, that decision was generally left up to the court and/or the presiding judge.
Likewise, with respect to Congress, the founders had no familiarity with photography or filming, so couldn't have weighed in on the subject. They left it up to the members of each house to make rules as to how they would conduct their business, but specified that in every vote, each member's specific "Yea" or "Nay" was to be recorded for public record.
I wonder if this church has tax exempt status? If so why are the holding a political meeting?
How fast did James call his Attorney?
He has pressed charges and was given permission to film before the event. There was a news crew filming and they decided to make the announcement to stop filming midway through the event.
This is a Black Liberation church which is teaching hatred of Whitey and Gov Kitzhacker stepped in it this time. He should have stopped the intimidation rather than ignore it. He knew the cameramen and likely his handlers wanted them to stop.
Pray for America
The Revolution will be in the streets with much bloodshed before this is all over.
Yes it does.. if it's a public event.
Yes it is and likely these are ACORN thugs or the equivilent.
Pray for America
What do you get when you cross a viking kitty with a blood hound? A tutstar!
Good sleuthing there.
What - the ushers at your church do not attack attendees at meetings? What's the matter with you? What kind of church do you go to, anyway?

“Uh...The freedom to assemble doesn’t mean “freedom to assemble film footage.”

Freedom of the press, duh.
It's not like these leftists wanted smash his face repeatedly. They had to do it to prevent a baby being eaten.
I don’t know what’s worse: the actual assault or people attempting to use the Constitution to justify the assault.
In either case, the march to hell continues.
I don’t eat babies.
