Absolutely right.

But the latter is much more dangerous. A false flag allows the enemy to get in close enough to blow you out of the water.

Or even worse, it co-opts those who should be on your side into fighting for the other side.

As I noted earlier: Olympia Snowe...one of McCain’s girls. During the 2008 primary the McCain campaign was broke, but it managed to send money to Snowe to get reelected.

If McCain gets Fiorina in, McCain is setting up his own Senate of McCain flip floppers.
