You can't burn a Koran in a crowded theater, and Supreme CourtJustice Stephen Breyer suggests that to placate foreign extremists, Koran burning might be banned everywhere else in America too.
In an interview aired Tuesday on ABC's "Good Morning America,"Justice Breyer, who is on tour promoting his new book, averred that in the Internet age, speech traditionally protected by the First Amendment may have to be weighed against its global impact. George Stephanopoulos asked the justice about the canceled Sept. 11 Koran burning proposed by Pastor Terry Jones, and whether the fact that people riot in Afghanistan over what happens in the United States poses a challenge to the First Amendment or could "change the nature of what we can allow and protect."

It's called Nov.2nd 2010 :-)
So I think it’s fair to extrapolate from Breyer’s opinion that if we Christians start rioting in the street, while destroying private and public property, then the Bible will become a protected Holy Book???
TRANSLATION: Americans shouldn’t be permitted to do ANYTHING I disagree with!
Thanks, Judge.
Well if that is the case game over. Islam has won. May as well replace the supreme court with a Sharia court and get it over with.
Gee, I thought that’s what’s been happening for a long time now... I think, that is largely why we now have a Tea Party... I think...
Next you will be arrested for attending church as it is ‘offensive’ to Muslims
If they make an exception to the first amendment for this forgot burning the Koran, it’s time to burn the judges!
Like to seem them try that at a cowboy church.
This judge, or any other judge, can stuff it.
I’ll burn and in any other way show disgust and disrespect for the Koran any time I choose.
Burn a Koran - while it’s still legal.
My case and point, is that this judge is corrupted by political correctness. So long as a Qu’ran burning person doesn’t risk damage to someone else’s property, it is his/her constitutional right. I wouldn’t personally do it, but for those who do, it is their right.
It’s not as if this burning is the sole cause of provocation either. I guarantee you that the argument has ranged from us cutting off trade to Iraq to collateral damage in Afghanistan. It’s even the provocation behind abortion clinic bombings. We’re walking on a minefield with regards to getting some Muslim around the globe angry. The fact that one crazy preacher in America can simply pull the strings of numerous Americans tells you the bad news as to how terrified and submissive numerous politicians and people in America have become.
