These aren't Rahm's people in this paper ~ but the article could well be based on false information.

Remember, if true it makes Bloomberg look like a "sch~~~k" ~ which their editorial board probably would like to do. If it's false, they have enough caveats in the piece to get away with avoiding criticism.

This admin tends to do that a lot. They say they are backing down from an issue and then make a behind the scenes deal. We wake up in the morning to find unread bills were signed while we slept.
