This admin tends to do that a lot. They say they are backing down from an issue and then make a behind the scenes deal. We wake up in the morning to find unread bills were signed while we slept.
Although I don’t believe this post for a second, It wouldn’t surprise me to find out that someone told the press this just to get a similar reaction. Won’t work this time, manipulation won’t work. It’s not going away that easy.
