Is it just me or does every storm prediction these days include New Orleans?
To: SouthTexas
Have also noticed a lot of NOLA-in-the-crosshairs lately.

I don’t know, maybe it’s just chance.

A week ago I was whining about no rain.
Now I’ve about had my fill.
