Matthew Clemmens, 21, the overweight and obnoxious Famous Philadelphia Sports Fan who purposely vomited on an 11-year-old girl at an April 14 Phillies game, was sentence yesterday to 30-90 days in jail, two years probation and 50 hours of community service.

Sheesh. What an ass.
I’m surprised that some public spirited attorney isn’t willing to take a judgment against this bozo in favor of father and daughter for her future education. If I was licensed there, I’d do it myself.
Yeah, I know, the asshole probably isn’t good for it right now. But he might be; if recorded the judgment would be good for years (unless he goes through bankruptcy and lists it), and if nothing else the exercise would serve as a lesson to others.
