Obama Places U.S. Under UN's LOST Treaty with Executive Order for "National Council Of Oceans"
Information Liberation ^ | July 30, 2010 | Cassandra Anderson

Thirty states will be encroached upon by Obama's Executive Order establishing the National Ocean Council for control over America's oceans, coastlines and the Great Lakes. Under this new council, states' coastal jurisdictions will be subject to the United Nations' Law Of Sea Treaty (LOST) in this UN Agenda 21 program. America'a oceans and coastlines will be broken into 9 regions that include the North East, Mid-Atlantic, South Atlantic, the Gulf Coast, West Coast, the Great Lakes, Alaska, the Pacific Islands (including Hawaii) and the Caribbean....

Because of the decades of difficulty that the collectivists have had trying to ratify the Law Of Sea Treaty (LOST), Obama is sneaking it in through the back door, by way of this Executive Order establishing the Council. Because LOST is a treaty, Obama's Executive Order is not Constitutional as treaty ratification requires 2/3 approval from the Senate. Michael Shaw said that the Agenda 21 Convention on Biodiversity treaty of 1992 failed to pass Congress so it was executed through soft law and administratively on local levels, and Obama's Executive Order is a similar soft law tactic to enact the LOST treaty. Fear not, Coalman. This is an "Executive Order." It can be revoked by the next President.

But, if 2/3rds of the Senate pass the CLEAR Act (which the House did on July 30, 2010, and Obama signs it, then in essence, the Senate has ratified the LOST Treaty! It is all up to the Senate vote this coming week. The CLEAR Act recommends international law be recognized and the LOST Treaty to be accepted!

“In fact, our Constitutional form of government is being completely destroyed because buried in the CLEAR Act (HR 3534) there is a provision for a new council to oversee the outer continental shelf- it appears that this Regional Outer Shelf Council will be part of the National Ocean Council. This means that if Congress makes the CLEAR Act into law, then the implementation of the UN Law Of Sea Treaty, as part of the National Ocean Council's agenda, will be “ratified” in a convoluted and stealth manner, in full opposition to the Constitution.”

You could take all of the Africans and GIVE them America, infrastruecure as it stands, and give America Africa and they would sand Africa up in short order while America was destroyed and turned into a Africa.

We seem to be working on the second part of your sentence.

The Goal: A hard-left World Government.

The only way to achieve this is to bring the US down—to put her in her place, so to speak.

Your new Kings and Queens are en route.

HERE’S THE RUB: The true-red communists WILL interrupt their warm ‘n fuzzy little plan along the way—and guess who gets to die fighting them? YOU and your children, that’s who.

We could maintain our Republic and live as a free people, but nope, the political eggheads intend to march us all into hell.

You guys that call the formation of a World Government a “conspiracy theory” are kind of turning a blind eye to a heap of supporting facts, aren’t you?

Are you waiting for the POTUS to announce it from the Oval Office?

How convenient that the Truthers and thrown in with those who see the foundation being built for a World Government.

World Government is the plan, folks. Sorry to interrupt your Normalcy Bias.

UNESCO declares Everglades endangered site

Fri Jul 30, 5:30 pm ET
BRASILIA (Reuters) – A U.N. panel has declared the Florida’s Everglades to be an endangered World Heritage site due to the wetlands’ continued degradation, officials said on Friday.
The wetlands’ water inflows have fallen by up to 60 percent and pollution has produced excess plant growth and a decline in marine species, the World Heritage Committee of the United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization said at a meeting in Brasilia.
Agricultural and urban development have been the main reasons for the decrease in water quality and flow.
It is the second time the Everglades National Park, a wetlands refuge for birds and reptiles and largest mangrove ecosystem in the western hemisphere, has been added to the List of World Heritage in Danger. The agency made the decision after a request from the United States.
The Everglades, known for its sawgrass prairies and alligators, were first declared an endangered site in 1993 following damage caused by Hurricane Andrew. The area was removed only in 2007.
“We commend the USA’s request to re-inscribe the site on the danger list, and its plans for major infrastructure overhaul to restore the Everglade’s fragile wetland ecosystem,” Mariam Kenza Ali, IUCN World Heritage Conservation Officer, said in a statement.
Experts from Unesco and the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) are to visit the site and help develop a conservation plan.
The Everglades will likely be spared the feared impact of the Gulf of Mexico oil spill, U.S. government scientists said on Friday. No new oil has leaked from the well in 15 days and oil that is in the water will not travel as far as south Florida, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration said.
