Should Arizona secede?
WashingtonTimes.com ^ | July 29, 2010 | Jeffrey T. Kuhner

Judicial activism is pushing America to the breaking point. This week, a federal judge blocked key provisions of Arizona's immigration law, thwarting the will of the people. The decision was ominous and will reverberate for years to come.

Judge Susan Bolton, appointed by former President Bill Clinton, is a liberal elitist who believes judicial imperialism trumps democracy. Her ruling states that local police cannot check the immigration status of people arrested or stopped for violations of the law. In her view, that would amount to an abuse of civil liberties and unduly burden the federal immigration system. She also stipulated that residents cannot be required to carry proof of legal status.

The Federal government has now solidified my thoughts that it is broken and no longer in need of repair but replacement. Do you think that this is the final proof needed to say that it no longer works ? I do....

When judges simply say that enforcement is best left to the federal branch and that the state level should walk away, that my friends is tyranny. We have it, we now have an obligation to abolish it and reestablish the Republic.

The way things are going, Arizona will be annexed by Mexico, along with Southern California.

Naw... that would be way too radical. The solution
is soooo easy. What the Governor needs to do is just
simply tell Idiot O that Starting August 1st, all federal
tax remittances from Arizona will be made to the Governors
office... and held in Escrow... until Washington wishes to
start speaking English with some element of sense. I do know
that this so called president and congress understand money.

So who is Arizona going to trade with? They would be completely surrounded and Obama would probably allow the Mexican military and other scumbags have their way with Arizona.

Secede, a big step, I hope other States would follow suit but there are a lot of big talkers and little doers. I don't think any of are sure what will happen but one thing is for sure, Our country is rapidly changing and I do not think for the better. I can see a revolution in our future within the forseeable future. Are we ready for that, are we ready to stand your ground and not back down, it could get nasty.

Yes.
Followed quickly by Louisiana.
Followed quickly by Texas, Alabama, Mississippi and Florida but our governor is too stupid and has a crush on Zero.

It will do not good to take over Congress. The Federal Regime is too entrenched. Did you notice legislators, especially in States, are no longer needed? Judges rule.

The Feds should butt out and let the individual States decide what is best for them. This latest ruling is a travesty of Justice.

In the Jewish prayer book one of the blessings in the Shemoneh Esrei (The 18 Blessings) is called Birkat HaDin - the blessing of the restoration of justice. It says the following translated into English.

“Restore our judges as at the early times, and counselors as there once were. Remove our sorrows and troubles: we want You, Lord, to rule over us with kindness and compassion and to justify us in justice. Blessed are You, Lord, the King Who loves righteousness and justice.”

I think simple defiance would be more effective. This would leave the next move up to the feds, who would find themselves mobilizing to arrest and prosecute state officials for illegally enforcing federal law. Anyway you look at it, this thing is going to build.

He will try to be Lincoln and call on Americans to kill their former brothers. The question is how many will answer his call?

The O'Bama Administration is desperate for an established proletariat to compete with the new proletariat that they have created with their economic and political policies.
