PHOENIX – A judge has blocked the most controversial sections of Arizona's new immigration law from taking effect Thursday, handing a major legal victory to opponents of the crackdown.
The law will still take effect Thursday, but without many of the provisions that angered opponents — including sections that required officers to check a person's immigration status while enforcing other laws.

What would happen if the Arizona followed the “contreversial” parts of the law anyway? Would the Feds send troops to Arizona to prevent the police from checking immigration status?
Serious question - what are the implications of Arizona ignoring this decision?
It is illegal for regular cops to ask about Federal Crimes? Well what about Bank Robbers? That is a Federal Crime. And Counterfeiting? Federal also.
Hey I got a question, how does a guy get elected president when he is only worth a couple million dollars and then less than two years later he is worth over $7 million.
Or why is it all these politicians are hell bent to raise taxes on the lower income people but either refuse to pay their own or look for ways not to pay them?
Can the judge be arrested?
Obama is going to wish he lost this decision.
This will only galvanize voters for the GOP.

The judge is dishonest. There is a section dealing with who needs to have their immigration status checked. The first sentence says essentially anyone arrested. The second sentence then says anyone. The remained of the section provides multiple ways that allow the police to assume the person is here legally.
The judge says the law must interpret the second sentence with no reference to the first, or to any other part of the law, and that Arizona is therefor placing too much burden on the federal government by requiring the feds to check the immigration status of everyone stopped for any reason in Arizona regardless of what the rest of the paragraph states.
This is blatantly dishonest. To pull one sentence separate from the rest, and to refuse to read it in light of the entire paragraph, is dishonest. The judge is LYING about the impact of the law, and anyone with 2 brain cells can see she is LYING.

Anyone has any questions how communism works? We are done!! Civil war and now is the only way America can be saved. America has no law and the communists Democrats will be in power forever.
I’ve been calling for a new TEA PARTY for almost 2 years now. I got banned for 4 weeks from FR for saying we need a new TEA PARTY action. Time for revolution in my book.
