This is after the Suns were protesting the new law in AZ:
"What if the owners of the Suns discovered that hordes of people were sneaking into games without paying? What if they had a good idea who the gate-crashers are, but the ushers and security personnel were not allowed to ask these folks to produce their ticket stubs, thus non-paying attendees couldn't be ejected. Furthermore, what if Suns' ownership was expected to provide those who sneaked in with complimentary eats and drink? And what if, on those days when a gate-crasher became ill or injured, the Suns had to provide free medical care and shelter?" - This was posted by Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer on FaceBook
Do you have a link for this or is it another “I saw it on the internet so it must be true?”
No joke. I'd like to see her run on a "protect the border" platform in 2012.
What a woman.
EXELLENT!
Man, I wish I said that!
Guest Watchers.
What an EXCELLENT analogy!
Holding leftists to their own “principles” always yields humorous results.
I love Jan “Webber”!!!!
Damn straight, Madam Governor. Well said.
Colonel, USAFR
Great questions by one of my new heroines.
Hey, I refuse to show my papers, so I demand to get in free. It’s my right, ya know.
Where’s that Mexican flag I bought in Mexico 20 years ago? I will wave it and be loved by Pelosi and Obama, and they will see that I get in free. With free hot dogs.
Wonderful, gutsy, job, Gov. Brewer !!
But, but, but, but, . . . , that’s different.
Come on, anyone can see that. Right?
To me, the logical tit for tat extension of her
excellent argument would be for those who support
the new law to boycott Los Suns. Won’t happen but
it would be nice.
Suns owner Robert Sarver is a nitwit. He protects his turf but think we should not protect ours. Jan Brewer is saying what is common sense, but not so common to liberals.
Since Robert Sarver thinks Mexico is so great, he can move his team and himself to Mexico.
Fox has an article about the AZ law suit. One line in particular tells us what the interest of the Obama administration is:
“The federal government says the state law is trumped by federal law and that it has hurt U.S. relations with Mexico.”

They care a LOT more about what Mexico thinks than the citizens of the state of Arizona.
Hey, everyone! From now on, the tickets, parking, and all concessions for all Suns home games are on the house! Whoopee! See you there!
Post handbills announcing free admission for “Undocumented Workers Appreciation” night for their next home game...
Common sense is an oxymoron. Brewer has more testicular fortitude than all of the GOP in congress combined.
She also seems like one of the sweetest ladies you’ll ever meet. She just talks sense.
