They announced last year that "under represented groups" (decided by whom?) would have a "factor" applied to their numbers. This was never a real census in concept or execution. It's a fraud just like everything else in this Administration and Congress. We have lost the Republic thanks to jackass RINOs like Lindsay Graham and the Maine twins, et al!

One of the things this means is that they are not fining people for non-response.

They must know that the last thing they want is for the long-form census to be involved in legal proceedings of any kind.

Much like the global warming fraud. The required result is determined in advance and the data is massaged to match. That is NOT what passes for a census. An actual count is required. The whole census process is a fraud. We have criminals serving in elected office and bureaucracies.

“under represented groups” will have their numbers increased. How do they know it’s an under represented group? Because it’s an “oppressed” “downtrodden” “have not” group and the “oppressors” are bad people and they are over represented and this country is racist and there was slavery and some guy in the tea party had a racist sign and someone made a poster of Obama as the joker and those eevvil Republicans tried to block healthcare and that Republican said Macaca.
