No they do not take the lead, not by a longshot. Rass has the pubbies plus 6, and Fox has them plus 4, and both are likely voter polls as opposed to Gallup which is just adults.

Gallup is a garbage poll not supported by other polls.

What is a “generic ballot”? Sounds a bit esoteric and a little less than meaningful, except to try to keep the corpse alive.

I am inclined to believe this poll.

Einstein defined insanity as repeating a process while expecting different results.

By his definition, the majority in this country is insane for continually voting for demoncRATs while expecting different results.

For the demoncRATs and their RINO allies to even be on the electoral radar after their many years of shameful and corrupt performance, after continually and increasingly sending “swarms of agents to harass our people and eat out their substance,” shows that the majority in this country are either extremely stupid or insane or both.

Even though the policies of the current herd of politicians is adversely affecting large swathes of the American populace, the majority will insanely continue to vote for RINOs and demoncRATs.

As a nation, the majority of Americans can, by far, better describe the intricacies of their favorite television fantasies than they can describe our Constitutional Republic.

The majority have become fat, drunk, stupid, lazy, and distracted.

As long as this persists, the demoncRATs and their RINO allies will retain control, turning this country into a 3rd world dump.

After all, they and their progeny are all set. They’ve already enriched themselves at the public trough and have taken advantage of their positions to enrich themselves using insider information and favors from lobbying organizations.

The country, and the majority of its people, as things are today, are hopelessly corrupt.

It must have been Biden’s statement concerning the up coming election. Everyone knows that when Biden speaks, the nation listens. Further proof of our immanent demise.

So Gallup has been reduced to one intern living in San Fransisco who doesn’t have long distance on his Go Phone.

These polling firms are still using the formula: Square root of (n) and then dividing 1 by (n) for a margin of error. With (n) being the sample size. That is why you'll rarely see a sample size above the 1000ish mark.

It's a crappy way to do polls since there is no verification that the info received is valid. i.e. exit polls suck since people lie to pollsters A LOT! and if you "really want" to be a part of a poll, you're usually not an independent or undecided.

Polls and for getting onto a 24 hr news cycle, nothing more. The real poll info that is beneficial is the internal breakdown and usually on samples larger than a quick poll like this one.

Ever hear of "internal polls?" these are the ones the politicians dont share with anyone outside their campaign and are a better marker of where that politician is. This "everyday a new poll with 2-9 pt movement" is just trash.

Don't believe any polls right now, even the ones that tell us what we like to hear.

Everyone's model for this year is still formative right now, and three months is a long time in politics. The Republicans are clearly poised to pick up some seats—it's just a question of how many. So this election is something to anticipate. But don't go in already counting some huge tidal wave in the bank; if you do and that doesn't happen, you will wind up with a needless sense of disappointment over actual gains.
