The Olympia Food Co-op announced last week that no more Israeli products will be sold at its two grocery stores.
Last week, the board of directors of the Olympia Food Co-op in Washington state decided that no more Israeli products will be sold at its two grocery stores in the city.
"We met last Thursday for the board members meeting and a pretty large group – about 40 people – presented the boycott project and answered our questions," Rob Richards, a board member, told Haaretz. "A couple of board members were concerned about what will be the financial effect on the organization, but it’s minimal. For me personally there is a moral imperative that goes beyond any financial concern. So we decided to adopt the boycott which went into effect the next day."
Asked whether the boycott includes all products made in Israel, or only in settlements, Richards explained: "As far as I know – it concerns any Israeli products. We exempted "Peace Oil" – it’s a joint product produced by the Palestinian farmers. Any product that is made by the company that works to improve the conditions of the Palestinians will be exempted."
Richards says the decision drew no protests.

Beside their remarkable inability to be able to see right from wrong, and their support for terrorists who would happily kill them exactly for their liberal lifestyles, the hypocrisy is astounding.
Why don’t they go all the way? Why not boycott Israeli technology. I guess maybe they don’t want to go back to a computer free world and communicating with pen and paper.

Israelis are losing the public relations war because Israelis believe that history and facts and reality and every other objective criteria should count. It is not easy for rational human beings to accept that truth doesn’t matter.
I guarantee you that you can show these people the Hamas Charter, and anything else, and it won’t change one mind. They will blame Israel for Hamas’ genocidal intentions.
Whole thing makes me want to puke. Damned Liberals have a basic overwhelming NEED for attention. They will do anything to bring attention upon themselves for a shining moment.
The best thing is to ignore the bastards, but then they do something outrageous, and then follow up with something even more outrageous for the attention they FEEL they deserve, and need so badly.
Libs are attention whores, and this boycott, and others such as the Arizona boycotts, the stupid resolutions, and so on are attention grabbing schemes to make the Leftists/Liberals FEEL important, and that they are participating with their IN-CROWD of fellow morons.

Two grocery stores and this makes headlines? Not even supermarkets but grocery stores? A million TEA Party members go to Washington DC last Sept and the leftist MSM ignores them..... but somehow can find a deep article about a leftist moonbat NW food co-op that probably counts “organic” as its main product.
