I missed you completely, Tas...((HUGS))...hope your day went well.

Just got home from visiting my friend. Things don’t seem to be going real well...a new doctor said she might well lose her legs...and not at the knee. They just can’t seem to get the blisters to heal. She had a really rough day with this news. And he wants her to go to the rehab hospital, so that was a downer too...lots of tears. All I can do for now is her laundry, and sit and listen.

How heartbreaking! Prayers are being doubled. That thought must be more than she can possibly fathom. Just devastating! Such a good friend she has in you. God Bless you both.

Folks, the weather service has issued an Excessive Heat Warning for our area. They're heat indexes from 110-115 this afternoon.

I'm going to take Bo out to the lake a little earlier than normal this morning so we won't have to deal with this heat.

First thing that came to mind immediately after I read the question this morning was the one time I KNOW the color blue affected me.

It was those commercials in the sixties...ya know it went like; “Take the blue from the skies, and a pretty girls eyes, and a hunk of old glory too..."
