REST IN PEACE, FALLEN BROTHER!
Sgt. Donald R. Edgerton, 1st Squadron, 71st Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry), USA, KIA Afghanistan 10JUL2010
I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. 2 Timothy 4:7 (KJV)
God Of Our Fathers
Rest in Peace, fallen brother, rest in peace! We who remain hold you in high honor. Rest, fallen brother, in this sacred precinct; We who remain keep this place sacred. Rest, fallen brother, among these, your comrades; We who remain keep the watch. Rest, fallen brother, among these who answered the Nations call; We who remain press the fight forward in your name. Rest, fallen brother, lay down thy burden; We who remain have taken up the torch. Rest in Peace, fallen brother, rest in eternal peace!

He came in last night all smiles....said it is healing really well and no pain. He said he really needs to pay attention to not use it too much...5-10 days needed for babying the patch job.
Glad your PT is proceeding positively.

Well good....hope your load it light.
The day went ok & the commute uneventful!:)
The heat is starting to take it’s toll on folks.
A heat advisory all week but the humidity is up & that’s what makes it hard.

It’s not sharp pain, just burning on my lower legs...nearly
all the time. I can ignore it at most times. I would LOVE
to find a way for it to just go away! LOL!
Prolly won’t!

Well as we say here, me mates and I go out for a countery which is a pub lunch but mostly we chump in a bunch and share keeping an ear out on the talk back radio ...in the evening we wander down to the local pub (see my Charleville tour link) and have fun with darts and pool ...grab a tucker with some beer and kick back after a 14hr day .... wow but I’m learning the lingo ... won’t be able to talk with the folks when I get back home ...

Well, I do take 3 ibuprofen every morning...and it does
seem to keep it to a minimum, I suppose. Oh, well, it’s
nothing compared to the pains a lot of folks have. I am
blessed, really!
