Tom Woods, author of "The Politically Incorrect Guide to American History" has written a new book that I think is destined to be one of the most influential books of this era. "Nullification: How To Resist Federal Tyranny in the 21st Century" deals with the history and the legal/moral justification of states saying "NO!" to unjust and illegal laws from DC. The vid itself is a riot.

There are so many of the cable jackasses who could have sat in the zombie chair. To me, the purpose of having a guest is to let the guest explain or discuss at length a particular topic. It works ok when the topic is somewhat neutral. But when it gets political, the conversation ceases to exist, and as with the zombie, the host interrupts, throws out talking points, calls names, or engages in gotcha games with clip segments of something the guest said. This is known to most Freepers already. But the zombie host in the video is a great way to illustrate some of these points.
It bears reminding people of two of the most disgusting displays of liberal tolerance by cable hosts I have yet witnessed. One was when Larry O'Donnell kept shouting at the swift boat guest, John O'Neill. The other was when Chris Matthews went berserk when Michelle Malkin was the guest.

Jury nullification is the refusal of a jury to enter the verdict that an unjust law demands. Tom Woods seeks to inform us that this is the definitive remedy - just do not enforce unjust laws.
