I understand what you are saying. If he had hired a director, it could have been even better... (like both of them removing lapel mikes to facilitate a "brain chase".... we could have edited that out). Nevertheless, I love the concept of an ivy league, stuffy academic historian/author being willing to do a vid like this in the first place! See if you can find the review of nullificaton by Chris Matthews and tell me that did not inspire him here!
I think it’s a great execution, bearing in mind that the purpose is to publicize a book and lay out its central theses, not just to make people laugh.
Although, according to Godwin’s Law, he did lose an argument to a zombie. ;^)
