European Jewry is in its worst condition since the end of World War II. This bleak evaluation was delivered by European Jewish Congress President Moshe Kantor on Tuesday.
"Jews are afraid to walk the streets in Europe with Jewish symbols", Kantor said. "Synagogues, Jewish schools and kindergartens require barbed-wire fences and security, and Jewish men, women and children are beaten up in broad daylight."
EJP (European Jewish Press) reports that Kantor was speaking at a lunch meeting in Brussels, organized in honor of Belgiums ascendance to the presidency of the European Union. The participants were members of the European Parliament from Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands (Holland) and Luxembourg), as well as representatives of the Jewish communities of those countries.

OK just why did ANY Jews stay in Europe after WW II. If I were a Jew in 1945 I would have flipped Europe the Bird and left!
The Marshall plan spent billions...a butt load....during that time, there was money to be made in recovery. I am not saying it was greed, but having come out of a horrible devastation and the horizon beaming with new hope, who would you expect to leave for a desert homeland, uncertain of it’s birth?
Instead, they continue to vote for people who will worsen their plight further. That especially includes jews in the U.S.
...I’m not surprised to see this, given that Europe is being over run with Muslims...look for it to start manifesting itself here if CAIR gets its way.
I tend to take ethnic-type organizations’ woes-are-we with a healthy degree of skepticism . . .
However, in this case I’m not so sure there isn’t a large degree of validity. But frustrating is the lack of outcry, especially in Europe and USA, and especially amongst Jews.
Our Jews have guns.
You’re right. It’s just a matter of time.
Not so sure, the tube line I get into the centre of London every day is full of guys in kippahs.
I also have friends (Orthodox) who live or have lived in the UK. Yes, their lives go on. But things are changing. There is much to be concerned about.
A good thing. I expect them to be loaded and ready when the time comes to take care of CAIR.
” But things are changing. There is much to be concerned about....”
I agree fully...it may come to pass that European Jews will lead the fight against the Islamization of those countries...I’ve about given up on European Christendom.
If the European Jews are as politically stupid as their American counterparts, there’s no way that would happen.

Well, largely because there wasn’t anywhere to go — or they weren’t allowed to go, such as in the Soviet Block.
America closed its doors and the Brits didn’t exactly encourage exodus to then-Palestine (despite their promise to do so).
My grandfather essentially walked to Israel.
I’ll second that. Aliyah before history repeats.
