Well I meant a car race.
A foot race is a bad idea after surgery.

“You Are the Thimble
You are a very resourceful and crafty person. Some may even call you cunning.
You are always looking for opportunities to get ahead. You are very creative and original.
You like to survey each situation and carefully plan your move. You have a good instinct for defense.
You like to protect what’s yours, and you never take on too much at once. You believe in holding back until the time is right.”
Gosh, the thimble? Who knew a thimble had such attributes?!

"FR....you need to check the Official US Time Clock.....you are way fast. d:o)"
On 30 June 1972, the first leap second day, one second was added to the world's time in order to keep the super-accurate atomic clocks in step with the Earth's rotation. Since the adoption of this system in 1972, firstly due to the initial choice of the value of the second (1/86400 mean solar day of the year 1900) and secondly to the general slowing down of the Earth's rotation, it has been necessary to add over 20 seconds to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

THE SOLDIERS CODE
Gen Dwight D. Eisenhower addresses troops of the 101st Airborne Division 5JUN1944 prior to D-Day Normandy
The Soldiers Code
1) I am an American fighting man. I serve in the forces which guard my country and our way of life. I am prepared to give my life in their defense.
2) I will never surrender of my own free will. If in command, I will never surrender my men while they still have the means to resist.
3) If I am captured, I will continue to resist by all means available. I will make every effort to escape and aid others to escape. I will accept neither parole nor special favors from the enemy.
4) If I become a prisoner of war, I will keep faith with my fellow prisoners. I will give no information or take part in any action which might be harmful to my comrades. If I am senior, I will take command. If not, I will obey the lawful orders of those appointed over me, and will back them up in every way.
5) When questioned, should I become a prisoner of war, I am bound to give only name, rank, service number, and date of birth. I will evade answering further questions to the utmost of my ability. I will make no oral or written statements disloyal to my country and its allies, or harmful to their cause.
6) I will never forget that I am an American fighting man, responsible for my actions, and dedicated to the principles which made my country free. I will trust in my God and in the United States of America.
President Dwight D. Eisenhower, August, 1955.

You Are the Shoe |
You are a hard worker and quite stubborn. You are willing to put in long hours to achieve your goal. You never give up, even when things get difficult. You are very tough.
You are adventurous and free spirited. You are confident that you can do almost anything, and you are never the afraid. You're the type of person who wants to conquer the whole world. And you know it begins one step at a time. |

You Are the Car |
You live your life in top gear. You aren't afraid to go fast, and you actually do best at high speeds. You act on instinct, and you make decisions in a split second. Your first reaction is usually right.
You are impulsive and bold. You love to make risky moves, and you never turn down a chance to roll the dice. You get impatient easily, and you're often waiting on those around you. You hate to be slowed down by anyone! |
You get impatient easily---yep, sounds like me :)
