WASHINGTON The Obama administration is saying that the sinking of a South Korean warship blamed on North Korea was not terrorism, and not enough by itself to put the Pyongyang back on a U.S. terror blacklist.
The State Department said Monday that the March sinking of the frigate Cheonan was a "provocative action" and a violation of the truce that ended the Korean war. But it added that the sinking by a reported North Korean torpedo strike was the act of one state's military against another.

You continue to be an FR treasure.
Other things it is not:
It is not a bad hair day.
It is not an oopsie.
It is not a mulligan.
However, it could be traced directly to global warming and/or George Bush.
It isn’t terrorism—it’s an act of war.
Is that really you, Jeff?
Glad to see you - so to speak - up and around.
I have to agree. It isn’t terrorism. It’s an act of war.
lol
The US isn’t Europe. We can’t run and hide behind someone.
And when we do, really, really bad things happen.
>But it added that the sinking by a reported North Korean torpedo strike was the act of one state’s military against another.

Well, not completely “up and around” yet...still in the hospital, but doing therapy now. Will be released in a week. Then it is eight weeks of pretty intensive out patient (long, hard and painful) before trying to go back to work. Buy, definite improvement and healing going on here and I praise God and the faith of so many, including a lot of Freepers, too mammy to name, for it!
Just an act of war is all...
Yes, and the sinking of this warship is also an act of War. NKOR engaged in a clear "act of war" against South Korea. And Actions have Consequences.
A little video to put it in context.

Um, no it isn’t an act of terrorism. It’s an act of war.
I’m glad to hear you’re on the mend. You’re in my thoughts and prayers.
How does the piece of dung in the WH get to decide? Does he now speak for the UN and the Hague?
