Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan is telling senators she'll do her best to consider cases impartially and with judicial humility, as she begins Judiciary Committee hearings facing Republicans charges that she'd let her political views color her decisions as a justice.
"I will do my best to consider every case impartially, modestly, with commitment to principle, and in accordance with law," Kagan plans to tell senators as she heads into a marathon week of high-pressure vetting before the Judiciary panel, pressing to portray herself as a mainstream addition to the court.

It's like "objective" news reporting. I'm not sure it exists. Basically, judges come in two flavors: Liberal Activists and Originalists. Pick one.
I grant that Anthony Kennedy may be somewhat impartial, since he swings between camps depending on his mood. He doesn't seem to be an ideologue. Kagan, on the other hand, is very much an ideologue and is trying to lie and present herself as something else.

Based on her writings and whatnot, the phrase "like he%%" comes to mind. That's why Bozo is suppressing her records. Otherwise, people would see that she wouldn't be impartial on issues.
Still, it's nice to know that the Lord has picked such an attractive person with which to inflict His judgement...

Let’s hope someone in the Senate has the temerity required to put on display all of Kagan’s “impartial” scrawlings and droolings starting with her college entrance essay.

We all need to call our Senators in their DC offices and ask them to oppose this nomination.

If obammma got to be where he is with the amount of experience he had, then this one is just as qualified to be a Supreme Court Judge. I wonder who will take Bird's place, could obammma’s wife be appointed.

What a crock. She has open disdain and contempt for the constitution! She is totally unsuitable, America the country is dead let us hope that the idea that is America will live on. Somewhere at some future time people will come together to reestablish what it is to live as free individuals.

Having been nominated by Obama refutes that claim.

Yep, brought to you by the same people who think CNN, MSNBC, network news, and the New York Times are impartial.
